FIRST A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT:  If your drawings do not turn out the way you were hoping do not give up, learning to draw takes practice. Draw everyday and soon you will be making beautiful pictures. Come back to this blog often and try some of my other projects.

Worksheet for Simplified guide for Drawing a Face.

It is a good idea to draw a line down the middle to help keep things even.
The eyes are as far apart from each other as they are wide.
The outside of the nose is as wide as the eyes are far apart.
The outside of the upper lip lines up with the center of the eyes.
The eyebrows are wider than the eye.

Practice this pattern on a drawing without drawing the head, draw a tree with a face or a mirror or a door.

These guidelines are only part of the face see my other worksheets for more guidelines.
