Start with a line for the ground so one wheel will not be higher than the other. Draw two circles one for the front tire and one for the back. You can trace around coins or something to make them round. Draw a line for the bottom edge of the car it is very low to the ground. The front goes out way past the front tire  and the rear ends at the back tire.

Draw an arch from the front edge over the front tire and touching the base just before the rear tire.

Add details to the tires and wheels with a second circle inside for the rim and a small circle in the center for the hub.

The driver is right at the middle only his helmet shows.

Behind the driver is an air scoop it starts above and behind the drivers head and goes down to just in front of the rear tire.

The engine cover starts right behind the driver and cures back to the top edge of the rear tire.

There is an airs foil at the very back, it is two rectangles at an angle over the rear tire.

There is a second edge along the bottom.

Draw a triangle fin shape for the windshield.

Decorate and color your race car. put him in the front.
